The Result
Dunn Premier quickly re-structured the clients transaction from an SBA 7a purchase to an SBA 504. We then stacked the SBA 504 with two additional SBA products, an SBA 7a small loan, and an SBA express line of credit. We partnered with a local CDC and National bank lender that was able to facilitate a quick closing under our recommended structure. This allowed our client to close the purchase of their new building, complete their expansion buildout including new equipment, and give them access to a working capital line of credit as they transition into their new space.
